Not fit for purpose

I am very disappointed with this product. Firstly I would say that I fully understand how these brushes are required to be fitted into the housing. The copper 'wings' attached to the brushes push gently into the housing and the two small lugs at the end of each wing locate into two suitably sized holes in the side of the housing, thus holding it firmly in place. Only, having pushed the copper wings as far into the housing as far as they will go, I found that the two small lugs do not locate properly into the holes. I managed to get one of the lugs in place, but the other one will not locate properly and it seems to me that these fittings have not been properly manufactured. As far as I am concerned, the wings need to be fractionally longer to allow the copper section to push fully into the housing and for the lugs to locate fully into the holes. Also, when I was attempting to fit one of the brushes, the copper wire became detached from the copper wing. This should never happen, but it is an indication of the poor quality of the product. I am thus extremely disappointed with this product.
