All items ordered before 1pm on any weekday excluding bank holidays will be despatched the same working day.

Postage - Free delivery is available for UK orders, express delivery is also available. Please ensure that a full and correct address is provided for delivery.

Collection - We DO NOT have the means of any collection facilities currently, so under no circumstances will collection be permitted with any of the items. 
      
Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order on the same working day once cleared payment has been received. We do not dispatch on weekends or Public Holidays, if any of the items are purchased over these days then they will be dispatched on the following working day after receiving cleared payment. Once your order has been sent we will contact you by email. Please allow the stated delivery times in the postage details before contacting us to find out when delivery will take place. Most orders are delivered on time but please allow up to 7 workings days for delivery in case of postal delays.
